In this post we are looking at whether or not exercising can
make you grow taller. Of course there is a lot of debate about whether or not
you can grow taller once you have finished puberty but the key is strengthening
the backbone and stretching it.
This way you are not actually growing taller but making full
use of your spine and that means that you are actually using your “full height”
as oppose to growing taller.

although you can grow taller the results will be short lived unless you keep
the exercises up.

you are fitter you will actually walk taller and again all the inches of height
